Images of Uki Exhibition 15-16 November 2008

The call is going out to all artists to submit work to the Images of Uki Exhibition.
It's not too late to grab an entry form at the Uki CTC, Precious Earth Studio in Uki or Jabiru craft shop in Murwillumbah. Artworks of any media can be included in the exhibition and all work must depict an aspect of Uki. So contribute to this worthwhile fundraiser and help renovate and maintain the historic Uki Hall.

More information can be obtained by picking up an entry form or calling (02) 6679 5414.

Freshly Pressed

This exhibition of prints is by artists Tamsin Ainslie, Heather Matthew, Doug McNeill, and Edith Streiner who received a Mentorship Award at CPM in order to develop their printmaking skills using a variety of print processes, which included etching, drypoint, collagraph, screenprinting and aquatinting. The Mentorship Program was funded through a recent NSW Government initiative, the Community Development Support Expenditure Grant, where funds from Sports and Social Clubs in the Tweed area assist local community organisations.

'Freshly Pressed' exhibition is on from Saturday the 11th October - Sunday 7th December, CPM Gallery, Bray Park.
